As a Mechanical Engineer with us, you will be a driving force behind the design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems and components.
You’ll be doing
- Conceptualising, designing, and modelling mechanical solutions that meet project requirements.
- Design of systems, components, tooling, and accessories for underwater and land based remotely operated machines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine designs and integrate mechanical systems.
- Creating detailed technical documentation, including but not limited to drawings, specifications, design calculations, reports, and drafting production drawings.
- Monitoring job/project costs and progress.
- Preparing project reports, and scope of work.
- Liaising with clients and addressing requirements.
You’ll bring
- BEng, BSc, or MSc in Mechanical/Structural Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of design experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
Desirable
- Engineering experience in the marine and offshore industry.
- Experience with electro-hydraulic designs, structural calculations, and FEA.
- Project management exposure.

Quality Manager
TMT is seeking a strong focus on safety, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we’re seeking a talented and dedicated Quality Manager to join our HSEQ team.
This position is offered on a Permanent, Full-Time basis at our Bibra Lake office and workshop facility.
You’ll be doing
- Developing and maintaining TMT’s quality objectives
- Providing day to day support to all team members/managers on the implementation and management of quality management initiatives
- Developing and implementing quality manual, procedures, and related processes
- Maintaining compliance with all elements of ISO 9001 / 29001 standards
- Managing and monitoring customer feedback register
- Ensuring preparation and implementation of project quality plans, quality control plans, and project quality procedures which guarantee compliance with contractual requirements and ISO standard
- Ensuring project close outs are adequately performed
- Ensuring continued third-party certifications and compliance with international standards
- Implementing internal audit program for the company in collaboration with department managers
- Conducting QMS internal audits, auditing implementation of quality objectives, processes and procedures as stated in quality manual and as per ISO 9001 standard requirement
- Planning and conducting annual management review meeting and establishing/reviewing quality objectives for the company
- Representing company during external and or client audits/inspections
- Developing and delivering quality induction to all new team members
- Manage reported quality related issues using 5 whys root cause investigating tool e.g., NCRs
You’ll be doing
- Experience in a quality management role, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- ISO 9001 / ISO 29001 Quality Management System training
- Internal Auditor training
- Root Cause Analysis training
- Lead Auditor training
- Experience maintaining an ISO 9001 / 29001 quality management system

Graduate Electrical Engineer
TMT is seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role offers the chance to learn and grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment while contributing to the development of innovative solutions. This position is offered on a Permanent, Full-Time basis at our Bibra Lake office.
You’ll be doing
- Developing technical solutions
- Designing of LV electrical power systems
- Ensuring designs conform to relevant standards
- Pricing of equipment and services
- Coordinating technical activities between engineering and technicians on assigned projects
- Attending project meetings and offering information specific to assigned projects
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation for engineering project proposals
- Preparing procedures, manuals, project files, test documents, etc…
You’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Good project management skills including Microsoft Project experience
- Experience in LV power systems, load calculation, circuit protection sizing, cable calculations, etc…
- Experience in the planning and supervision of production or maintenance activities.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical and fault-finding skills.
- Good communication and document writing skills.
Desirable:
- Experience working in the marine and offshore industry
- Experience with electro-hydraulic designs
- Experience with ETAP and EEHA

Electrician
TMT is seeking a strong focus on safety, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we’re seeking a talented and dedicated Skilled, New or Junior Electrical Technician to join our team.
You’ll be doing
- Keeping up to date with appropriate codes and standards.
- Must be available as required to perform remote work offshore or off-site, this includes but not limited to ROV operations, tooling, mobilisations, demobilisations.
- Installing, maintaining, and testing TMT electrical equipment and ROV system both onshore and offshore.
- Completing test records for electrical projects.
- Assembly and wiring of electrical enclosures and distribution boards.
- Tagging and repairing of tools and equipment including updating the tagging and equipment register.
- Supervising and mentoring apprentices.
- Hazardous area inspection on various electrical equipment.
You’ll bring
- A Grade Electrical Licence.
- Be willing/available to support unplanned and planned Offshore Operations.
- Maintain a safety-first attitude while working under pressure in a high-risk environment.
- Can manage multiple jobs with strict deadlines.
- Ability to read wiring or circuit diagrams.
- Experience in fault-finding.
- Oil and gas industry experience (preferred but not essential).
Additional Training offered:
- ROV Tooling familiarity, operation, and maintenance training.
- Hazardous Area Training.
- Potential opportunity for Offshore ROV Pilot training.
