TMT Participates in MDWA Bootcamp

At 0800 on Friday 31st January 2014, 6 intrepid TMT staffers took on the challenge of an Army-style Bootcamp.
Led by Commander Harry, the crew went through their paces.  A brisk warm-up was followed by a tough circuit on the banks of Bibra Lake.
Running, bear-crawling and step-ups were intermingled with “rope slams”, the “tyre & sledgehammer”, bicep curls and push-ups.

Harry shared a few insights into the ethos of the services…hard work, bonding, going the extra yard for your mate!

All in all, the 6 who were lucky enough to survive Harry’s Bootcamp have taken away a few tips, lost a couple of KG’s, and had a great experience with an elite Australian service man.

Funds from TMT’s purchase of Harry’s Bootcamp go to TEAM Spencer, who in turn fund vital research through Muscular Dystrophy WA.
